Shortlisted for two awards recently, Marketing PRojects is celebrating managing director Jane Harrad-Roberts as Northern Ambassador of the Year and being one of three finalists in the Consultancy of the Year category.
The CIM Northern Awards celebrated the insight, creativity and success of the Northern marketing industry, the outstanding campaigns and the talent from across the region. There were 16 award categories, 12 of which were open to entries, and the evening was hosted by TV’s Andy Crane.
Diane Earles, Network Manager at CIM, is shown presenting the award to Jane (left). She said “Congratulations to Jane on being shortlisted. We were delighted with the number of entries and the judges felt the quality of the entries was strong this year.”
Jane, who is a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of CIM said, “This is a real honour and I’m delighted to be recognised this way, amongst such prestigious names. Marketing PRojects celebrates 21 years in business this year and as its founder and managing director being shortlisted is a brilliant coming of age present. The work that the Chartered Institute of Marketing and The Marketing Trust do is critical in raising the profile of marketing and demonstrating marketing’s importance to growth and value creation. Recognising marketing consultants and freelancers with this award has to be commended as we all do important work to achieve growth and value creation for the organisations we serve. I aim to continue to be an exemplar of the high standards expected of us all.”
In their summary the judges said, “Clients’ testimonials are a real halo for Jane and her business – a testimony to effectiveness – as are the results achieved by clients through her work. Jane should be proud of her work and her ongoing commitment to marketing excellence. The standout WOW Factor is Jane’s continuing ability to recognise change, adapt and add value to meet client needs, whilst championing the role and value of marketing.”
